Experienced BI manager, including custom Oracle Analytics RPD development, interactive dashboards and reporting. Experience includes implementation / prototypes for multiple new data sets into an existing BI program, including POS sales covering 8000+ locations, gift card transactional data, loyalty customer analytics and loss prevention transaction exception based fraud detection program. Business areas of focus are customer marketing/loyalty, retail POS sales and Loss Prevention.
I’m fairly self taught, having changed careers from financial analyst in 2012. In that role I started using BI Answers and developing dashboards within OBIEE; I also learned basic SQL skills developing a fraud detection tool in MS Access.
I have a BS in Corporate Finance and Accountancy from Bentley University, a graduate certificate in Forensic Accounting from Northeastern University, and a MS in Computer Information Systems (concentration in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing) from Boston University.
I currently manage a team of four developers for Inspire Brands (owner / franchisor of the Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic Drive-In, Jimmy John’s, Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins brands).
